Torre One Fire First Class: it is placed in the Annunziata Village square, and it has a spectacular view. You have to try its palamita fish bruschetta, spaghetti made with salted anchovies from Cetara, Salina's capers and datteri tomatoes, the anchovies and the fish fry. Or you can choose paccheri pasta with monkfish and friarielli (wild broccoli).

Relais Blu: you can see the whole island of Capri, from Faraglioni until Grotta Azzurra, in front of the restaurant. You can't miss the squid cooked with red ink and raw seafood. As a meat dish, you have to try the lauticada lamb.
