The inshore races of the Tre Golfi Sailing Week will take place in Sorrento!
Taking place in Sorrento, the inshore races of the Tre Golfi Sailing Week scheduled 14-21 May 2022 are organized by Circolo del Remo e della Vela Italia under the authority of IMA and ORC and in cooperation with Yacht Club Italiano and the Reale Yacht Club Canottieri Savoia.
Yachts joining the first ever Maxi European Championship will be berthed in Marina Piccola of Sorrento, where new mooring places with adequate depth will be specifically arranged for maxis. A nearby parking will be reserved to participants’ cars and vans as well as to a number of containers.
Marina Piccola is linked to the historical town of Sorrento by public buses and lift.
The race village will include a crew lounge and an open bar close to the yachts. Owners and guests will relax at the dedicated lounge on the terrace of the Excelsior Vittoria hotel, with the gorgeous view of the bay of Naples and the Vesuvius.
THE ORC FLEET Framed in the beautiful fishermen village, the adjacent marinas of Piano di Sorrento and Sant’Agnello, only one mile apart from Sorrento, will host boats competing at the ORC Mediterranean Championship.
The marinas are linked to the town by public buses and lift, competitors may even park their cars and vans in the dedicated areas close to the boats.
In order to allow competitors to easily transfer to/from Sorrento, a private ferry service will link the harbours.

It is mandatory that all activities must be held under the provisions to contain and control the spread of COVID-19 as issued by the Italian Health Authorities and by FIV. These provisions will be applied by the OA and all participants, crews and guests must comply (DPI).

Protocols and prescriptions regarding COVID-19 may be published at any time. They will state as if they have the status of a rule.
All participants are required to make themselves aware of all protocols regarding COVID-19 set forth by the Italian Government, Healthcare Authorities, Sports Authorities and/or the OA and must comply with those prescriptions at all times during the event (DPI).
Competitors and support persons shall comply with any reasonable request from an even official or OA. Failure to comply may be misconduct (DPI).
The OA may postpone or cancel the event at any time if it considers that this is required by reasons related to COVID-19. Competitors are not entitled to claim any compensation for any expenses they have incurred for their participation or preparation for participation in the event.
